What we collect, and why
Only what you type into the story form: name or nickname, group, country, optional city, your story, and (only if you tick the box) your email address.
We use it to show your story on the wall and your country on the map, after we have read and approved it. If you tick the newsletter box we use your email to send news about the book. We never show your email.
Legal basis and how long we keep it
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time and ask us to remove your story or email. We keep stories on the wall for as long as the club exists, and emails until you unsubscribe.
Who else sees it
Submissions are stored with our form and spreadsheet provider [Google Forms/Google Sheets, or the provider you choose]. This website is delivered by [your hosting provider]. Fonts and animation code load from Google Fonts and cdnjs (Cloudflare), which means those services can see your IP address when you visit.
We don't use advertising cookies. If we add analytics later we'll say so here.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy. Write to hello@your-domain.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).
